There is NO REFUND POLICY under any circumstance. There is, however, a ROLL OVER POLICY in case the BRM is canceled or postponed. In such a scenario, the registration amount (excluding taxes and gateway charges) would be rolled over to the next BRM for which the rider registers with Hisar Randonneurs, provided we get a formal request to do so by the rider, WITHIN A WEEK of the cancellation/postponement.
